This is by far the best moving company around! Our experience was excellent. They arrived right on time and I have never seen anyone work so hard and so efficiently as these men. They were so careful with all of our belongings. They wrapped everything and took such care with moving all of our pieces. The speed at which they worked was unbelievable and they were courteous and friendly. The overall move was made so much easier by using this fantastic company and the price was much less than I expected and definitely a lot lower than other companies. I called the office several times before the move with questions and concerns and all of my questions were answered and my fears allayed completely by the office staff. These guys are legit! Not only is it first responders moving you (I mean if you cant trust them who can you am I right?) But these guys literally laid out a red carpet in the new house so they didn't mess up our new floors... who does that?! Waco Moving Co. that's who! 10/10 - I would HIGHLY recommend Waco Moving Co. if you need movers. From start to finish the entire team was polite, respectful, and helpful. I literally could not have moved as quickly or effectively without these guys. The guys brought their own equipment (blankets, plastic wrap, and straps). They finished moving everything we asked for and some within the timeframe. The team took care of our pieces and took the time to arrange them in the truck for maximum loading. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. Waco Moving Co. is AWESOME!

I selected Waco Moving as I felt very comfortable speaking with Lydia. She was able to provide a good estimates and breakdown of pricing over the phone based on my house size which gave me the secure feeling that she knew her business. Others that I called could not even give me a range over the phone. Lydia's estimate was spot on, only increased slightly with additional packing material that I needed due to a lot of knickknacks. The packing team with Waco Moving packed up my entire 3/2 house in less than a day - all boxes were well marked and looked to be packed well. At my request, the moving team came the next day and moved everything into the POD I had rented. Those guys must be great at Tetris as they utilized ever open spot in that box. The moving team took the time to ask me if I had any preferences in how the POD was loaded (in what order - boxes or furniture first) and made sure all my furniture was well protected during the loading. At the end, which took less than three hours, they did a walk through with me to insure everything was to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the services provided and felt Waco Moving worked as a well oiled machine accomplishing everything I needed within the estimated time provided. I plan on using Waco Moving again when it comes time to unload the POD and would recommend this company as a good packing and moving company here in Waco providing a great experience.

From booking (Lydia) to the completed move (Joe, a Wacoan working with the Leander Fire Dept., and Angel, a Brooklyn native and former U.S. Marine with the Hewitt F.D.,) all went smoothly. Lydia’s quote was only a few dollars over actual costs because angel and Joe were efficient at clearing out our 10 x 20 storage unit.They were prompt, courteous and respectful, taking our directions without complaint, and patiently listening to “The Ol’ Guy” (me) yammer and share a few historical and occupational tales. These specimens of fitness “got ‘er done,” and adroitly removed my doubts about deploying a ramped trailer rather than a truck. I could not be more pleased with Waco Moving Company! Now we have used their service TWICE THIS MONTH!! They packed boxes and moved us from our ranch house into a climate controlled storage unit during the first week of March and the last week of March moved a portion of our belongings into our temporary home ... while we are building our permanent home. It would be difficult to put into words how wonderful my experience was with Waco moving. From the moment I called them, during which I understand moving companies are at a premium at this time due to Covid, to the time they movd the last piece of furniture into my mom’s new place, everything was handled beautifully. Communications from the start with Lydia in coordinating the move, Chloe who packed my mom‘s belongings, to Glenn and his partner whom moved my mom’s belongings to her new place, nothing was lost, nothing damaged, and I understood each step of the process. I was First Blessed to have found the “Waco Moving Co.” on Yelp. When I called the business number I got to speak with Ms. Lydia whom scheduled my first move ever, which consisted of having to pick up my items from 2 separate locations, then bring and unload them to my new residence. Ms. Lydia due to circumstances beyond my control (having to move up my pickup dates) was very patient, understanding and accommodating. She was also able to help determine how many employees and the amount of equipment it would take to move me via photos I had sent her, which was my Second Blessing. On the morning of the Move, I got to meet 3 Fantastic Gentlemen: Brad, Kevin and Jeff, who were my Third Blessing and Heroes. They were patient and understanding throughout the whole move. Brad, Kevin and Jeff were very careful while ensuring everything was done/moved properly; Washer/Dryer, Furniture, Kitchen Table and Beds (just to name a few) were put back together after they were placed in their Rightful Spots.
